I grew up in a blue-collar Italian-immigrant family outside Toronto. My dad came over at 13 with a 9th-grade education and outworked everyone — until he lost his contract when I was a kid, and money got tight fast. That stuck with me. The fear of it all getting taken away has driven me ever since.
I got sober in 2017. I fell into real estate in 2015 doing bookkeeping for a contractor, and I never left. Since then I've flipped 200+ houses, built a 29-door rental portfolio in three years with my husband Nick, run a real estate team, and raced triathlons on the side — including a half-Ironman four months after my daughter was born.

Plenty of people sell "AI solutions" who've never made payroll, missed a call from a paying customer, or argued with a contractor at 9pm. I've done all of it — for ten years.

When I started, I couldn't scope a renovation or value a deal in a market I'd never seen. I picked up the phone, Googled the crawl space, and figured it out. I do the same for founders — especially women — buried in AI tools and told this stuff is too technical for them.
The AI systems I install run my own businesses first. I won't pitch a tool I haven't trusted with my own revenue and my own time.
